How do I change the Template to be used for Excel Import to My Template?

I tried to answer my own question. But, I could NOT :(

I see that I can select a "Different Template"

Determines the template for the visual representation of the nodes. Alternatives are the currently selected sample representation from the palette and a rectangular shape.

Neither of the two choices that appear are what I need.

How do I define one with My Dimensions and Use It?

I tried to edit the Rectangle and Can't. I see the alternative "selected sample representation from the palette" and I see that I can create a Custom Template. But, it is also clear that I CANNOT use my Custom Template. because it is NOT a predefined Sample Template.
