Use of graphml files in ebook, how to convert?

I produced a number of files (cooking recipes in a very special and unique format - thanks yEd!! if you like cooking, I am sending you a sample). I like to create an eBook (the print edition is already published based on "print graphml files as pdf". Pdf is pretty cumbersome when creating an ebook. Any ideas? Thanks a lot

yEd does offer exporting diagrams to SVG or raster image formats like PNG and JPG as well.
