Flowcharts do not use different shapes for incoming and outgoing off-page references. If a connection starts at the reference, it is "incoming". And if a connection ends at the reference, it is "outgoing".
Nevertheless, if you want to rotate the off-page reference shape, use the workaround detailed in Please Add Feature to turn shapes!
