Good afternoon!!!

I've unexpectedly deleted .graphml files from the flash drive, could you help me to recover the file, what software can help recover them ???

I've looked for from internet, there are many programs recover only office, music and graphic files, but I can’t find exactly this program for data recovery

Unless "delete" moved your files to your system's special "trash" directory, there is no way to recover a deleted (*.graphml) file. So, check your system's "trash" directory.

(Well, in theory you could ask a professional forensics service, but these are very, very expensive and cannot guarantee successful recovery either.)
