Missing scroll bar in Property dialog -> Data tab

There is a scroll bar missing in the tab "data" of the node property window (right-click on a node->properties...->data) if there are a large number of user defined-properties.

Unfortunately in the new V3.9 there is still a scroll bar missing. So it's still impossible to handle more than about 30 user-defined properties.
Could you please fix this? It shouldn't be a very time consuming bug fix.
