Raise selection does not work

Hi, I am an new bie here, thanks for your nice software.

I found Raise selection ,Lower selection does not work.

For example I have two blocks, one is hiding the other, so I select the top block,

and right click with Lower selection, the underlying block does not appear at all.

Did I miss something?

Setting "Draw Selected Elements On Top" is probably enabled. (See "File" -> "Preferences", tab "Display".) With this setting, raise/lower only affects elements that are not selected (or rather you can only see the effect for elements that are not selected).
