How can I choose the layout "hierachical -> interactive" in the version 3.9.2 which was available in earlier versions?

This feature was at least available in version 2.4.2.

The hierarchical layout algorithm in 3.9.2 is the hierarchical interactive algorithm from previous versions. (The classic version of this algorithm has been removed.)
