How can I uniformly resize different pools and its lanes ? I tried to select them all and resize them unitary by using the properties but only the header of the lanes can be changed here not the height or width.

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to uniformly resize pools. If a pool grows, one column/row is chosen to grow accordingly. This guarantees that all inner nodes stay in their respective lane.
