Dynamically Adjust Node Size Ignores Line Breaks?

The editor option "Dynamically Adjust Node Size to Label Size" seems to ignore line breaks?  Is there any way to set the editor to size a node while factoring in line breaks in a multi line label?

You are correct, by default only the width of nodes is changed in response to label text changes. If you want to have the height of nodes changed as well, go to "Tools" -> "Fit Node to Label" and disable option "Ignore Height".
