Excel Export with same formats and features as import

Question

my work requires human-readable export/save types.Though XML is human readable, it pushes the limits. The TGF file type is very good, but lacks much functionality. An extended TGF file type based on TGF that has the features of Excel import would work well. Or, importing plain text or csv files with space or comma delimeters to work similar to excel import. Also requested is the ability to save in the extended human readable filetype

If you need to export into a human readable format, use XSLT to transform GraphML into a format that you like.
