Cannot see custom properties on GED nodes

I am having the same problem. I imported my GED file using yED 3.9.2 and all I see is the names of the family members, their relationships, and colors for gender. I do not see any other data in the properties. It seems like at least the dates would be imported, if nothing else. This could be such a cool program if it would import more of the GED data!

Did you follow the advice in GEDCOM tags not in custom properties? I.e. did you check the "Data" section of the node properties that are displayed for selected nodes in yEd's lower right corner?
