How to delete edges from a graph?

I would like show only nodes in my graph.

When I select edges and edit properties with no color to edges nothing happen!

Oh my, it seems like you have come across a very old error. Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. We will fix the problem for the next version of yEd.

As a workaround, set a fully transparent color instead of "no color".
