To install yEd on a 32-bit Windows you will need to download the following .zip archive:
"Java" -- "Zipped yEd Jar file for 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems. Requires an installed Java 8, 9, or 10 JRE."

You will then need to unpack the downloaded .zip file. To execute yEd you will also need to have a Java run-time environment (JRE) installed on your Windows computer.
