Can the inner orientation of an diagramm in the radial layout be changed?

In this case, I want the five left boxes to be displayed at the bottom, where the right-hand side should be displayed somewhere on the top.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to configure the "inner orientation" of sub-structures.

You can try to use "Tools" -> "Geometric Transformations" to rotate (parts of) your diagram after running the radial layout algorithm.
