Selection of multiple items is also considered an action for undo/redo / adding selection to undo history

Question

1. Drop a few boxes
2. Select multiple boxes
3. Select tool or somethign change selection
4. Undo
5. Removes both the change and the selection. Should just remove the chaneg and leave the selection and other undo should remove the selection.

Even if there is no history for undo it should only remove the last action it seems selection is not considered an action. If there is a preference to enable this process I have not found it (sorry).
