Edges which are not considered for the layouts

Sometimes I want to have an edge between two nodes to make clear, that there is a link. But for the automatik layout it shouldn't be considered. This is mainly in the hierarchical layout.

Maybe it would help, if you can put two nodes on the same hierachical stage.
