How to Drag whole graph in graphEditorInputMode?

I know i have to hold ctrl key before doing dragging in editor mode to drag the whole graph but if you see in view mode same u can do that is  drag the whole graph by simply clicking on anywhere in graph and dragging.But i want the same behaviour to be achieved in editor mode please help out.
