If "software" means yEd, the yEd Software License Agreement does not allow you to do that. Please contact the yWorks sales department to discuss the options of a custom agreement.
If "software" means one of the yFiles programming libraries, please contact yWorks support by mail. (Please include your yWorks customer or evaluator ID in your mail when doing so.)
