How to align edges to each other?

I've couple of straight lines flowing on top of each other, which are only slightly missaligned - see screenshot here. Is there a way to align them without messing up rest of the diagram?

Yes, there is. Enable orthogonal edge editing (third tool bar button from the right) and snap lines (fifth tool bar button from the right), then drag the misalinged horizontal edge segments onto one another. (Due to active snap lines, the dragged line segment should "snap in place" right away.)
