Is there any way to disable the 9-key key bindings?

I need the 9-key symbols "/" etc, to edit my labels. Is there any way to disable the actions bound to those keys to allow for this?

Currently, there is no support to disable these key bindings, I'm afraid. Instead of using the symbols on the number keys, you can use the ones on the normal keyboard.
