Can't upload my graphml file to yED

Hi,

I am trying to upload graphml file created with igraph library(python). yED seems to be able to read the file, but shows only one box on the screen instead of the full network. Can you please help me to figure out what is going on?

Your GraphML file contains no coordinates for the diagram elements. Thus when opening the file in yEd, all nodes will have the same size and the same location.

In short, all elements are there, they just overlap each other.

Fortunately, there is a very simple remedy for this problem: Run a layout algorithm (I recommend "Layout" -> "Hierarchical") to arrange your diagram.
