Is it possible to launch the web version of yEd from a desktop shortcut? If so, how?

In Windows XP I would like to create a desktop shortcut to launch the web version of yEd since my company's IT security prevents me installing the stand alone version. Is this possible and if so what files do I link to in the shortcut?

That should be possible.

Just right-click the "Launch" button on the yEd home page and save the yed.jnlp file to some directory of your choice. When you double-click the file, yEd should start.
