After install yEd graph Editor in linux, is it necessary to install GraphMLViewer in order to open graphs with "HTML Flash Viewer format" in a browser?

No, it is not. When exporting to "HTML Flash Viewer" all files that are necessary to with the exported graph are created in the destination directory.
