When I have clicked over One Click-Layoud, show me Could not connect to server for plug-in information

Good morning,

I have installed the yEd 3.16.2.1 than includes a suitable Java 8 JRE over Windows 7 64-bit. When I have clicked over Layout Algorithms One Click-Layoud, show me a dialog box  with the following information 'Retrieving plug-in update  information', that dialog box is closed unfinished, and appears this error "Could not connect to server for plug-in information", ¿How can I solve it?.

I executed this command "C:\Program Files (x86)\yWorks\yEd\yEd.exe" -J-Xmx768m -J-DproxySet=true -J-DproxyHost=proxyhost  -J-DproxyPort=8080' (http://yed.yworks.com/support/qa/306/how-i-can-configure-proxy-for-yed), but not work for me, ¿How can I solve it?.

Are you using a proxy when connecting to the internet? If so, you need to replace the proxyHost value with the actual hostname or address of your proxy. Moreover, you also need to adjust the proxyPort value to the port number of the port you are actually using.

Again, the aforementioned suggestions will only help, if you are actually using a proxy.

I am connected a virtual machine Citrix, executing ping wpad.<Sufix DNS> command in cmd no show me anything.

and my new issue:

I executed these commands:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\yWorks\yEd\yEd.exe" -Dhttp.proxyHost=proxyHost

"C:\Program Files (x86)\yWorks\yEd\yEd.exe" -Dhttp.proxyHost=proxyHost
-Dhttp.proxyHost=proxyPort

It does not work.

As I said, -DproxyHost=proxyhost (or -Dhttp.proxyHost=proxyhost) does not work. You need to use the actual hostname or address of your proxy.

What is the hostname/address of your proxy? Certainly, it is not proxyHost.
