Unable to view HTML file in browser

When I want to view an HTML in any browser then I will get the following message:

Call to Javascript failed

Possible reasons:
- Your Browser does not support call to Javascript
- The Method LoadGRAPHML was removed from the calling Javascript file.

I firefox I've checked the javascript setting and is was allready activated. Also installed the latest Java version.

This is due to security policy changes in Flash Player version 23. See also: http://kb.yworks.com/article/676/
