what is the difference between the tabular view and the property dialog?

On this page both the tabular view and the property dialog are mentioned. I found property dialog (Command-I) and I cannot find the tabular view. Any hints?

Tabular view refers to the table-based properties view that is by default displayed in yEd's lower right corner.

This tabular view and the property dialog provide exactly the same features.

Thanks, Thomas. So the tabular view (or Properties View above) is essentially the docked version of the property dialog. Is that right? If so, no need to reply. And thanks again.
