Unfortunately, there is no Polish language version of yEd. yEd supports English and German only.
It is not possible to update a diagram with data from an Excel file or text file. If you need to update a diagram with new data, you need to do so manually in yEd.
If you are looking for an application that automatically creates and updates diagrams from your data, developing a custom application with the yFiles diagramming library is the way to go.
