I suggest: Move "Align Nodes" menu from "Edit" to "Layout" menu

Hello

I suggest that the menu item "Align Nodes" (found within top level the "Edit" menu), should be moved to somewhere in the "Layout" menu.

Given that it's doing a relatively simple (and frequently used?) task, maybe it should be near the top of the "Layout" menu.

Rationale
My thinking is that this will be easier for new users to find.
