Compare two Graphs

I imported two Excel files into the yED-Graph Editor and I want to compare these two. Is it possible to bring these files together and highlight the deviations? For example: The new file should displays (if there are new information), new nodes but in an other colour, so that you can easily see if there are new nodes or any changes of the connections.(e.g.: Org Charts)

No, yEd does not provide the desired diff feature.
