Is is posisble to intrgrate yED in a wiki ?

hello,

 

I   really enjoy using yEd for my diagrams  and I was wondeing if there is a way of having this integrated in wikis (There is somethign similar for plant uml) . the idea is that today I am building the diagrams in yEd hen exporting them as jpeg and uplaoding them to my wiki - this is a bit of a problem when i need to perform updates - as i always have to redo the process - and means maintainign information in 2 places.

Could  you advise is there is anythign like this aleady existign or planned ?
