How can I put multiple arrow heads on an edge (ie one per segment/bend) ?

Not sure if this is possible but if not it would be a useful feature. I am finding with multiple lines ending at a common node that some edges have ambiguous directions.

That is currently indeed not possible. Feel free to add a corresponding feature request.
