The conectors in the new version are not functional

Prior to version 3.8, the connectors were very functional and easy to handle, now are very static,easily unconfigured. This was one of the things that made him far superior to PowerPoint, but now it is very inconvenient to handle connectors. And unfortunately you can not work in the previous version because the upgrade program prompts

I'm not sure that I understand your request correctly. Is this about the creation and handling of edges? I'm not aware of any significant changes in this area from yEd 3.7 to 3.8.

Some more details on this issue are highly appreciated.

Thank you. My questión is about edges, These in the new versión are difficult of configure. Si uno mueve una figura con un edge, éste no mantiene su forma sino que se deforma. En la versión anterior esto no ocurría

If you have orthogonal edges, please check if 'Orthogonal Edges' is still enabled. You can find this setting in the toolbar or in menu 'View'.

Otherwise, you can select the bends of an edge together with the nodes and move them together without changing their relative positions. To ease such movements, dragging a selection box with the mouse selects nodes and bends simultaneously.
