Is there a way to make bezier/quadratic/spline edges smoother?

The curved edge types (bezier, spline, arc, quadratic) appear to have too few segments and have sharp points at bends.

Is there a setting somewhere to increase the number of segments for curves/segment density so that they appear perfectly curved? Or use a higher quality drawing mode for curves?

No, there is no setting to improve edge painting.
