Mathematical Equation in a Label?

I need to put an equation, such as one created using Microsoft Word Equation Editor, into a flowchart box label, is this possible?

Well, yEd does not come with special editing support for equations. For very complex equations you could try to create an image that depicts the equation and add said image as an icon to a label in yEd. For simpler equations, HTML formatting might do.
