Thanks a lot. However, when I click download "yEd for Windows" I get the file yEd-3.23.2_with-JRE20_64-bit_setup.exe. Can you provide the checksum for that file also? I can't find any zip file to download.

The Windows installer executables are cryptographically signed. Windows will check the validity of the signature when you run the installer.
