"Small" nodes getting rasterized in EPS export

After exporting a diagram containing custom SVG nodes to EPS format for use in LaTeX, I noticed that the new nodes got rasterized in the EPS, which I would prefer not to happen. As I suspected that this had to do with their size, I exported again, this time with a scaling factor of 10. The bigger nodes exported as vector graphics this time, whereas the smaller ones were still rasterized (albeit with 10x resolution).
Is there a way to completely turn off rasterization for vector objects? That would be a nice option in the export dialog, for instance.
