How do I get a double ended Target Arrow?

What do you mean by "double ended target arrow"? Please upload a mock-up of the desired visualization.

Unfortunately, such an arrow is not available in yEd.

Use Source Arrow and Target Arrow form Properties View. Easy and simple :)
