Linux gui. Node position don't match

Question

If I start yEd under linux (Linux mint) it opened a small window. There I can set nodes to the positions I want. But if I maximize the window and try to set a node to a position via drag & drop it uses the relative position of the smaller window. This behavior sets the node to the wrong placement.

That sounds very much like a problem of Java and your window manager. There is nothing that can be done about this in yEd.
