How do I change the default arrow style?

Question

In my first diagrams, the connector arrow head style is a UML has by default. I would like to change the default, but can't see how.

Interestingly, on my laptop, I had a warning (something about child nodes, I think) and after that the default had changed.

But I can't reproduce this on my desktop.
