Create a planar graph with nodes of a specific degree

I would like to (for example) create a planar graph with the following requirements:

10 nodes, 2 of degree 3, 2 of degree 4 and 6 of degree 6.

Is this possible?

yEd has a tool for creating planar graphs (see "Tools" -> "Create Graph" -> "Planar"), but it does not offer the kind of control over graph generation you are looking for.
