Is there a way to automatically number the nodes of a flowchart?

I would like to number each node in a flowchart (similar to this one: https://www.yworks.com/assets/images/ygucd/wbcfc.5af4735f.svg) so that I can refer to it in a text. The order of numbering is not important. Is there a way to automatically number the nodes?

Unfortunately, yEd does not offer a way for automatically numbering nodes.
