Adding URL to a node and making it clickable

I want URL to be added to the node and make it clickable by the viewer instead of making them right click and select Go to URL option. Is there a way to do that
in Help by

It is not possible to trigger the "Go to URL" action on single left click. However, the "Go to URL" action is also executed when typing the F8 function key.
