Editing Options: label padding on fit label to node or node to label

Put an option for padding for all fit label to node. This is being done manually anyway and doing it over and over manually is annoying. so just putting an option to adjust in editing options makes it easy for the user to customize that behaviour and look of diagrams.

Please explain what you mean by padding. The "Fit Label to Node" tool already offers the possibility to specify a "Vertical Border" and a "Horizontal Border" which is used for all modified labels. These settings specify the minimum distance between label border and node border after the label size is changed. Moreover, all labels offer an intrinsic "Insets" setting. This setting specifies the distances from the label border to its text content.
