Filter elemens by color ?

Hello.

Is possible to filter dispayed elemens and edges by it's color ?

Or some other way to sort elemens and edges to fuctional gropus
(e.g. by signal type (USB, TCP, Firewire, SATA ... in computer wiring chart)
and turn ON/OFF its visibility ?

It is possible to define custom properties for elements (see "Edit" -> "Manage Custom Properties") and use the properties mapper (see "Edit" -> "Properties Mapper") to set e.g. a fully transparent fill color for elements depending on the values of those custom properties.
