Export a diagram with groupings ?

I Wanted to know if I can export a diagram containing groupings keeping the possibility to navigate through these groupings in the export file ? What is the most appropriate file format for that ?

Files cannot have interactivity by themselves. As such you would need to open your files in a special application that provides the navigation feature you are looking for. yEd is that application.
