Convert to Label doesn't draws transparant nodes

Question

I tried duplicating your instructions exactly, but get a different result:

 

I tried looking at differences with your component (like having an icon property or not) and tried everything I could think of, but cannot get it to work like yours.
What am I missing or how do I get it right?

Try using the "Process" node from the "Flowchart" palette section for the large rectangle. The sample file was updated some time after the original description was written. Unfortunately, I forgot to update the description along with the sample.
