My project need such earlier version but can't find anywhere, could you please send me the link of 3.11.1?

yEd version 3.11.1 is no longer available for download.

May I ask why you need that specific version? As far as I know, the current version is fully backwards compatible (except for one problem with automatically creating user-defined palette sections when importing icons from IconFinder).
