Export graph into one image per node

0 votes
Hello:

Just finished importing a big chunk of data, and transformed it exactly to the graph I was needing thanks to yEd.

Now I would like to export each node of the graph as a single - node image. (One image per node).

Is it possible to do so?

Thank you, best regards,

Anthony.

You could try the following:

  1. Use Layout > Components with Style = Multiple Rows, Remove Overlaps enabled, Grid enabled and suitable settings for the grid's spacing and Inter Component Spacing (for example, 20px grid, 50px spacing).
This will result in a matrix-like arrangement of your nodes.
  2. Export to PNG image format (File > Export...) and Activate Tiling on the third tab of the Image Export dialog (opens after you clicked "Save" in the file dialog); the Tiles per Row/Tiles per Column should match the numbers of nodes horizontally/vertically in the matrix-like arrangement, of course. Also, on the Clipping tab, you might want to adjust the Margin to be half of the Inter Component Spacing from the first step above.
