3.14.2 files loosing tags and yEd icon on every save (mac 10.10.3)

I assign Color tags to all my yEd files in Mac OS 10.10.3.

After upgrading from yEd 3.14.1 to 3.14.2 tag color is lost on every save, even after reassigning the tag, after saving again, tag is lost again.  With yEd 3.14.1 this issue did not occur.

Also the yEd files no longer have the yEd icon, which is not a big deal to me, but may be related to the tag loss issue.
