How I can add automtic caption with edge length?

I need to calculate length of the edges in the diagram. Can I enable automatic generated captions with edge length via options or using API? Who can help me?

There is no support for calculating the length of an edge in yEd. Hence also no option for it. (yEd doesn't offer any API. If you need an API, however, you could use yFiles for Java, the software library that yEd is based upon.)
